These terms apply to your use of ParcelPilot for Aramex NZ/AU ("the app"), operated by ParcelPilot, Dunedin, New Zealand. By installing the app you agree to them.
The app connects your Shopify store to your own AramexConnect account so you can get prices, create shipments, print labels and track parcels from your Shopify admin. The app is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or operated by Aramex.
You need your own AramexConnect account and credentials. Your shipping contract, prices, surcharges and any claims for lost or damaged parcels are between you and Aramex. Prices shown in the app come from Aramex and may change; the invoice from Aramex is what counts.
Rural postcode detection is in testing. Aramex often changes its rural boundaries, and these do not match the list published by NZ Post. Use it at your own risk. The price Aramex invoices you is the one that counts.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify, in US dollars, after any free trial shown at install. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app or by uninstalling. Charges already made are not refunded except where required by law.
We work to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. It depends on Shopify and Aramex services that we do not control. We may update or change features, and will give notice of major changes.
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost sales, or for delays, errors or losses caused by Aramex, Shopify or incorrect information entered by you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
You can stop using the app by uninstalling it. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk. What happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
