Book Aramex parcels, print labels and track every delivery from inside your Shopify admin. Easy to use, quick to open, and set up in about a minute.
14-day free trial. Coming soon to the Shopify App Store.
One app for booking, labels, tracking, returns and checkout prices, so the whole shipping routine lives in one place.
Select one order or fifty, check the price, and book them all in one go. No copying addresses between systems.
4x6 thermal or A4 sheets, with parcel presets so every booking starts with the right size and weight.
ParcelPilot checks Aramex for you and adds delivery progress to your Shopify orders. Fewer where-is-my-order emails, and a Refresh button when you want it now.
Show real Aramex prices at checkout, add your own markup, and offer free shipping over a threshold.
Ship from several locations with a separate Aramex account for each. Every order books from the right place.
Create a return from any booking and choose the day Aramex collects it from your customer.
Book dangerous goods and have the declaration form made for you, saved for next time and ready to reprint.
Book international consignments and complete the customs declaration without leaving Shopify.
Customers see only the one that fits their postcode, so nobody has to pick Urban or Rural. Works on every Shopify plan, Basic included.
On a Basic Shopify plan you can't show live carrier prices, so most stores offer two flat rates and hope customers pick the right one. ParcelPilot picks for them, using the delivery postcode.
The customer has to guess. Pick Standard for a rural address and you wear the rural surcharge. Pick Rural by mistake and they pay too much.
Each customer sees one rate, the right one for their postcode, so there is nothing to choose.
Create a Standard and a Rural flat rate in your Shopify shipping settings, at whatever prices you like. Tell ParcelPilot the names you used.
One switch. ParcelPilot loads its list of rural postcodes into your store and refreshes it every day.
Each customer sees the single rate that matches their postcode. Standard is hidden for rural postcodes and Rural is hidden for the rest.
In testing. Aramex changes its rural boundaries often and they don't match NZ Post's list. Check results for your own area before you rely on it.
ParcelPilot opens in your Shopify admin like any other page. There is nothing else to log in to, host or keep up to date.
Add each Aramex account as a branch, then link your Shopify locations to it. Orders book through the branch for the location they ship from.
Paste the AramexConnect credentials for each account and press Test. Each branch is a separate Aramex account, so pickups and billing follow the right one.
Choose which branch each Shopify location ships through. Anything you have not linked uses your default branch.
Select your orders and book. ParcelPilot picks the branch from the order's location, so there is nothing to choose each time.
Multiple branches are on the Multi-Branch plan. The Single Location plan includes one branch.
When a customer needs to send something back, create the return from the original booking and pick the day Aramex collects it.
We are working on two things merchants ask about most. They are not available yet.
Save a declaration once for the products you ship, then tick one box at booking. The declaration form is made for you with your sender and the customer's details filled in, and you can reprint it from your bookings any time. It will only work on Aramex accounts approved for dangerous goods.
Book international consignments and complete the customs declaration in the same place as your domestic orders, with the commercial details taken from your Shopify order.
Install from the Shopify App Store and paste in your AramexConnect credentials. One click tests the connection. Have them ready and it takes about a minute.
Pick unfulfilled orders, check the price and parcel size, then book. Orders are fulfilled with tracking for you.
Print 4x6 or A4 labels. Delivery progress is checked for you and added to each order as parcels move.
Charge what delivery really costs, or keep it simple with flat rates that switch to Rural by postcode.
Billed in US dollars through Shopify and cancel any time. Live checkout rates need a Shopify plan with carrier-calculated shipping.
Yes. ParcelPilot connects to your own AramexConnect account, so your rates, contract and billing stay exactly as they are with Aramex.
About a minute if you have your AramexConnect credentials ready: install the app, paste them in, and press Test. You can book your first parcel straight after.
No. ParcelPilot opens inside your Shopify admin, uses your normal Shopify login, and is billed on your Shopify invoice.
ParcelPilot checks Aramex for delivery progress automatically and updates your orders. Aramex does not push updates, so use Refresh Tracking on any booking when you want the latest straight away.
Yes, on the Multi-Branch plan. Add each Aramex account as a branch, then link your Shopify locations to them. Orders book through the branch for the location they ship from.
Not yet. Dangerous goods with declarations, and international bookings with customs declarations, are coming soon. Dangerous goods will only work on Aramex accounts approved for them.
New Zealand and Australia, for merchants who ship with Aramex in those countries.
Live carrier-calculated rates need a Shopify plan that includes carrier-calculated shipping (Advanced, Plus, or Grow on an annual plan). Standard and Rural flat rates work on any plan.
You create a Standard and a Rural flat rate in Shopify. ParcelPilot loads a list of rural postcodes into your store, and at checkout shows each customer only the rate that fits their postcode. It works on every plan, including Basic. The list is learned from Aramex prices and refreshed daily. This is in testing: Aramex changes its rural boundaries often and they do not match NZ Post's list, so check results for your own area.
Aramex credentials are encrypted at rest, customer details are only kept to run your bookings, and data is removed when you uninstall. See the privacy policy for details.
No. ParcelPilot is an independent app that connects to Aramex shipping services. Aramex is a trademark of its owner.
